Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to love your DADAY piece. Please read this policy before you order.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, colour preference or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will make it right. Email support@dadaybrand.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Once we confirm it, we will send a free replacement or refund the item to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will help.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, processing has started and the order can no longer be changed.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
